  • VIP Interactive - Night Owl Country Band
    We are Night Owl Country Band based out of Columbus, IN. that has played venues that include the Grand Ole Opry, 8 Seconds Saloon, headline the Kentucky Opry, Indy Style TV Show, and many more. We play Old Country, Outlaw Country, New Country, a little gospel, and some Southern Rock with music from Chris Stapleton, Merle Haggard, Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney, Hank Jr., and many more. We also feature originals that are featured in the album ‘Here to Somewhere’ that include songs like 'Surprising Town' inspired by old memories of small town Hope, IN. and ‘Cool Gentle Wind’ that was released to National Radio in 2017. Also coming in 2018, we will be releasing our second and third single from the album. Members include: Matt Lee is founder of Night Owl Country Band, sings lead, writes songs, and plays bass, Matt has been traveling and singing gospel music for over 20 years and singing for 34 years. Brett Denney plays rhythm and sings backup, Brett has played Gospel for 35 years and rhythm for 15 years and has now became a key ingredient in our unique sound, also proud father of Anderson University student Melissa Denney and Indiana Pacers Pacemate Nici Denney. Steve Pardue, drummer for Night Owl, has over 20 years experience. During our acoustic sets, Steve also plays the cojón. Steve and Matt had traveled in a gospel band for 11 years prior to the start of Night Owl Country Band. Tim Dooley plays lead guitar for Night Owl and also transforms into an acoustic lead, mandolin, and harmonica player on certain songs. Tim has been playing for many years with a gospel, rock, and celtic music background. The band came into existence on Halloween 2015 and has made its presence known to the Country Music Industry in a short time.
